In further reference to the letter from the Department
of of December the 30th last, the Committee wish to recommend
Miss C.K. MacLeish
to the Secretary of State as a candidate
for the vacancy at the Hong Kong Civil Hospital.
Misa McLeish is aware of the terms and conditions of
the appointment and is prepared to accept them.
I enclose herewith her application form and papers
which include a short record of her services at the Colombo
General Hospital.
Miss MacLeish will be prepared to leave England about
the middle of February.
